Shipping policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how C & D Tool Repair Inc. (“we,” “us”) ships orders placed at cdtoolrepair.com.

Shipping area

We ship to street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Carriers

Orders ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. We choose the carrier based on package size, weight and destination.

Delivery timeframes

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 4:30 PM Central Time, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs

• Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping.

• Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

The $50 threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email a confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it and, if it is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.
