Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order from C & D Tool Repair Inc. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Return window

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging, with all parts, accessories and manuals included

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Used items cannot be returned. This includes blades, bits and brushes that have been installed or used to cut, drill or run a tool, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@cdtoolrepair.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.

  2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns without instructions may be delayed.

Return shipping costs

  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.

  • All other returns (changed mind, ordered the wrong size): the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We recommend a trackable shipping service for returns you pay for.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Refunds

After your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will contact you and ship the item back to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or product, return the original under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
