Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–8 business days of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Shipping on orders under $50 is calculated at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx, based on the package size and destination.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we pay return shipping. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email info@cdtoolrepair.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Products & Fit
How do I know a part will fit my tool?
Check the size, thread, shank or dimensions listed on the product page against your tool’s manual or the original part. If you are unsure, email us your tool’s brand and model number before ordering.
Will a replacement chuck fit my drill?
Our keyless chuck fits drills with a 1/2-20 UNF spindle thread. Check your drill’s manual or contact us with the model number to confirm.
How do I choose carbon motor brushes?
Measure the length, width and thickness of the worn brush and match it to the sizes listed in our brush kit.
Do you sell or repair power tools online?
Our online store sells tool accessories, replacement parts and storage. For tool repair, contact or visit our Little Rock shop.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders and save your details.
