Shop Pay
We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders or payments outside our online checkout.
Currency and pricing
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices are shown before shipping and tax; both are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged where required by law, based on your shipping address, and shown as a separate line at checkout.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation email with your payment summary.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection and in line with PCI DSS standards. C & D Tool Repair Inc. does not see or store your full card number.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be placed. Check your card details and billing address, or contact your card issuer. You can also try another payment method.
Order verification
To protect against fraud, we may contact you to verify an order before it ships. If we cannot verify an order, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy for timing.
